The Soul Center and LifeTown buildings will form a unified 6.5-acre campus dedicated to inclusion, opportunity, and community — a place where adults with special needs thrive far beyond their youth program years.
Friendship Circle, bolstered by the community’s steadfast support, operates LifeTown — a state-of-the-art educational and activity center that hosted over 35,000 participants this year. Central to its success are 1,500 teen and adult volunteers who dedicate their time, energy, and love to families of children with special needs.
But many adults with special needs face challenges and isolation after youth programs end. Friendship Circle has responded with adult-focused initiatives that have been met with overwhelming demand — underscoring the urgent need for expanded support.
“I have an uncle with special needs, so the Friendship Circle has a strong place in my heart. I wanted to do something to help the families.”
From a mezuzah to the building itself, every dedication builds a place where adults with special needs can work, create, and belong.
